Coming from the Barton distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky, this 1792 Full Proof is a big, bold whiskey! Loaded with vanilla on the nose with notes of maple and oak. The palate starts off with sandalwood and baking spices and mellows out into oak and a lasting vanilla finish. Try this neat or in a spiritous cocktail, like an Old Fashioned!

Our rarest barrel pick to date is coming from our sister bar Alter Ego Cocktail Club. W.L. Weller Full Proof bottled at 114 proof, but doesn’t drink that high. Sweet notes of Vanilla and toasted oak on the nose carried through the initial sip and moves into Caramel and baking spice finish.
